While at AIG, she was named Insurance Woman of the Year by the Insurance Technology Association for her work in data innovation. Additionally, she was appointed to the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Research Advisory Board in Washington, DC, in 2015 for her experience in the data program.

In addition, Wilson was Global Head of Innovation and Advanced Technologies at Kaiser Permanente, responsible for overseeing strategies and implementing cutting-edge data-driven analytics programs. Outside of insurance, Wilson has served as Citigroup’s Chief Data Officer and Global Director of Decision Management, responsible for building new analytics capabilities across the enterprise. As Executive Vice President, Chief Data Scientist at L Brands, an American fashion retailer, Wilson has led several data-driven transformational initiatives.

Wilson has been a constant supporter of diversity. She launched the Kaiser Permanente Women in Technology group, focused on mentoring and retaining women in math, technology and science.
