Prodigy Care Services Adds COO Paul Norkett and Sales Director Kevin Lanphier to C-Suite | Region

Prodigy Care Services appoints two senior executives with deep expertise in pharmacy, managed care, workers’ compensation and property and casualty insurance to its leadership team.

Prodigy’s new Chief Operating Officer, Paul Norkett, oversees day-to-day operations as well as the design and development of Prodigy’s end-to-end business application for customers and employees. Norkett most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Adva-Net and helped guide its acquisition by Paradigm Specialty Networks.

Norkett has over 30 years of managed care experience with workers’ compensation companies including Sedgwick, Cambridge Solutions/Concentra Managed Care and Cunningham Lindsey. He received his master’s degree in business administration and strategic leadership from the University of Dallas, where he also served as an adjunct professor at its Graduate School of Business. He is also a member of the board of directors of the American Association of Payors, Administrators and Networks.

Kevin Lanphier joins Prodigy as Director of Sales, overseeing its sales and marketing initiatives and teams. During his 25-year career, Lanphier has held sales leadership positions with national drug benefit management and medical bill review organizations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of sales for Equian, a payment integrity organization now part of Optum. He started his career at Genex and graduated from the University of Iowa and Sandler Sales Training.
